Good For Short Time

The apartments are clean. However the management likes to raise the rent, we've had our car broken into and the parking is terrible. The insulation between the other apartments is decent. But the parking is a pain.

I'm a current resident and the rent WAS pretty good for West Chester but the management company raised the rent so now it's on par with the area. The maintenance woman is very good and prompt. The parking is not assigned so it can be a pain, especially if tenants from apartment across the street use the parking.
