	Weve been here a year and a half, and the only problem we ever had was when our neighbor let her daughter and boyfriend (illegaly and rent-free) move in with her. They brought their own, roach-infested furnitire and we suffered. ... more

	The apartments are clean. However the management likes to raise the rent, we've had our car broken into and the parking is terrible. The insulation between the other apartments is decent. But the parking is a pain.
