I lived here with a roommate for a year, and only moved because I changed jobs and was commuting over an hour each way. The apartments are very nice, and have a laundry room with pantry, which came in handy. Overall a nice experience. Unfortunately there is not a lot of covered parking, and they do become psycho if you have any rent issues, but it is, after all, a business. Noise level fine from side to side, but we could here the people above us if they moved at all.
We did not have any maintenance issues the whole time we lived there, but the one bedroom did get a little chilly. Heat did not travel well into the furthest bedroom.
Nice pool and clubhouse, but I never used it.
