We are moving in soon, after leaving that horrible place known as Seven Oaks in town. We got a good deal on the rent, but I am concerned it may go up to the regular rent next year, but this place isn't like a budget apartment complex. There aren't that many units, they were just renovated. Actually our unit is really nice, brand new kitchen and bath and appliances. I'm really excited to move here after the disaster I endured at Seven Oaks. Although I have not lived there, I have friends that lived here for a year and they said parking was good, maintenance fixed stuff quickly and correctly the first time. They did complain about the washers and dryers electronic card thing, saying it would eat their card sometimes or something. They loved it overall though and I can't wait to live in peace. I wish there were 1brs that had washer in dryer in unit though, that'd be sweet.
