Don't be lured into this trap! The owners know they will fill the place regardless of how they treat the residents because of the lack of student living around campus. The apartments are tiny, loud, falling apart and were expected to be in better condition after we left than they were brand new last year. If you don't need to get any sleep, don't care there is no atmosphere, and don't want to have any fun this is the perfect place for you!
