Everything negative about the commmons is true. The apartments are loud, cheap, everything breaks easily, and the replacement costs are extortion. Tow truck drivers sit and wait in the parking lot, and there are no visible signs explaining the parking policy. They slip threatening fliers under your door. There is an expensive fee for EVERYTHING. The rent constantly increases, and they also started a new "turnover fee". They shut down the trash facilities in the summer. They make you move out 15 days early in the last month, but still charge you the full rent. This place looks nice, but they treat you like trash. The walls are paper thin. Good luck sleeping, You can hear EVERYTHING. Look elsewhere.
