The apartments look really nice, they also appear to be very safe.. so parents love that.. in reality there is no security.. just grainy cameras they use to catch people smoking cigarettes.. god forbid if anything really did happen they would not be able to identify who the person was. The apartments look nice but then you realize things break that should not.. the doors are thin, the walls are thin... the air/heat is constantly breaking. I've lived in similar type buildings before, none ever this terrible. They wait to tow people away and charge them 200.00 for their car back, if you are using a car you don't typically drive (if your car is in the shop or something) and forget the pass.. they will tow you away. When you go and talk to them at the office they will find a way to nicely tell you to go ---- yourself. It's still unclear to me if the people if the office are scumbags or if they just have to adhere to what they are dealt by the company that owns the property. They are typically nice to your face, but they know whatever problem you are having with continue. The worst thing at all though is by far the cable, instead of a legitimate company it is Hotwire.. channels will freeze for days, or just disappear. If you want movie channels or something other than analog cable the price starts at 60.00 a month. The internet is pretty ------ too, the only way they stay in business is through signing contracts with money hungry propertys.. such as this one. The place sucks.
