I have been here for 2 years now and I have to say that despite all the construction to IMPROVE the complex it has been a wonderful experience. Yes, there was some muddy areas but right away mgt took care of it. What would you expect when there is construction going on' Just go and check a new housing development and see how much mud you see. The construction has been mostly completed and it looks wonderful. The clubhouse is slated to be completed soon and it is worth waiting for. Yes, we will have to pay for our water in the future but if you think about it, it is very fair. After all, you have your own entrance, the apartments are like having your own place. And if you owned a place you would have not only to pay for water but sewer and keep up the maintenance on the property. All the outside maintenance is always done and looks beautiful. All in all a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are clean, the staff is caring that is the way it should be. There is ample parking and the grounds are well lite.
