I have lived here for 6 years and I can say that I have NEVER had a bad experience with management or maintenance. So I REALLY feel the need to address the comments from residents who don't know what they speak of. First of all, if you have the pleasure of meeting our office staff you would realize that there is heaven on earth. These two fine ladies are kind, considerate and passionate about their jobs. They are always thinking of the residents and how they can make your life a little easier and brighter. I have been known to stop in the office when I have had a bad day because I know they will cheer me right up. Our maintenance supervisor, Tom is the best in Pennsylvania. He is always there when you need him, which has only be 4 times in 6 years. And he fixes it right and does it neatly. Yes ladies, he does clean up after himself. And he does it all with a smile and laughter. He could make the Titanic seem like a cruise ship!
The grounds are beautiful. The lighting is even throughout the complex. There are no dark areas and the fixtures are new and look wonderful. As far as the apartments being different sizes, all I have to say is that the person who said that must not hold a degree in mathmatics!! All the apartments are the correct dimensions and are roomy inside. And last but not least, the van of people that you see are not all in one apartment. Their employer provides them with apartments here and at another complex. The van travels around to the different apartments and picks them up for work. In short, they carpool. So there are actually more parking spaces due to them doing that then there would be if they all had cars.....hum, there is another good feature. I have to agree that the only way you would have a problem here is if you didn't pay your rent on time or if you were loud or disruptive to this community!! I will be living here for a long time to come!
