Ever since I've been in this apartment it has been nothing but disappointments. I rent a first floor unit and, of course, no one mentions that the floors creak. It?s bad enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. Parking can be bad, especially on the weekends, and guests park in tenant spaces. How about the playground, it's a disgrace!!! That will probably take twice as long to repair as it took to build the community building.

Then there's Carla and Diane, they may be friendly but they are clueless! I had a problem with the tenant upstairs smoking in their bathroom. The smoke came down through the vent into my bathroom. Diane suggested that they could block the vent, but then my bathroom would get mildew. Brilliant idea!

I'm tried of the inconveniences, lame excuses and stupid solutions. Wyntre Brooke is trying to portray an image of a top rate apartment complex, but when you look inside it really isn't. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
