i've lived here for a 2 years and some things are great and some things aren't so great. when we moved in we were told a fitness center would be there in a month or two. we chose this complex just for its fitness center and "cyber cafe". the fitness center didn't open until a year later. within that year they raised our rent. after i signed my lease we received a notice saying they were going to charge us for water. i guess their fancy new offices went over in construction costs. no "cyber cafe" either.
as far as living on the first floor it is LOUD. For the people who responded to the complaints about noise - saying to move to the second floor or stop complaining - you obviously live on the second floor and make all that freak'in noise. it is so so so loud. it sounds like the person on the 2nd floor is going to come crashing down. it has woken all of us and scared my daughter as well. when you have young children you can't live on the second floor - STAIRS.
as far as maintenance, everything we complained about was never fixed. alls they did was track in dirt. that dave guy is weird and makes all the women in the complex nervous. not sure whats up with him.
playground is okay. looks like ---- right now from the hurricane. kinda dangerous for little kids. lots of bugs down there.
pretty clean complex. the landscaping is real nice. usually pretty quit where we are. i heard people complain about mold. parking can be an issue in some areas.
carla is nice in the office. the other chick is kinda standoffish. location is diffently the best part for us. pool hours are weird but the lifeguards are always nice. rent is a little high for the quality. hope this helps. for all those up wyntre brookes ass - get a life.
