My husband and I have lived in Wyntre Brooke for a little over a year now, and we love it! Price-wise, anything cheaper in the area is crap, and anything more expensive is WAY more expensive. This place is a happy medium. The location is great. We are near 202, 30, and 100. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They have even gotten our mail for us when we were on vacation so our box didn?t get too full. I was just at the office last week showing the ladies my wedding pictures that they begged to see, and received a thank you note within a couple days! They are so sweet. We live on a first floor apartment, and have no problem with noise. Our neighbors are very quiet, and on the rare occasion there IS some noise, it is never during quiet hours. Landscaping does a pretty good job outside, but they are not consistent and tend to let the weeds build up. We?ve had mice in our outdoor stoprage closet, but they were promptly taken care of, and the office checks in on us to make sure the mice are still gone. We have had a few minor maintainence problems...one of the maintainance guys last year was incompetent and made the problems worse, but the guys who came by this year fixed everything nicely. We haven?t had too much of a problem with parking, but we are lucky enough to live along Phoenixville Pike, so we have the extra spaces right across from our apartment. There are way more pros than cons to living here. My mom used to be a leasing agent at Golf Club Apartments, and they cost more, yet totally suck in all respects. Wyntre Brooke is the way to go.
