best place for the money and i must have checked out every apt in chester co..never an issue not resolved quickly, friendly mgt - diane and carla are the best!!...additional advice on living in the area, how to take care of the apt, can't do enough for you..large space, great appliances, accomodations, super location - couldn't ask for more...sorry i had to leave..i'd recommend to everyone..
