can honestly say that I shed a tear walking out of my apartment a few weeks ago. It has been my home for the last 3 years, and I do mean a home. The other residents and the staff have been wonderful. And it's honestly hard to leave a place that makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. The office staff is like having your very own personal assistant. They are well organized, well informed, helpful, courteous, caring, and some of the nicest people you will ever come in contact with. The maintenance staff is efficient and courteous as well. The grounds are spotless, even when it comes to snow removal. The pool and gym are always clean, and the gym allows you 24 hour access to those who work late, or are just night owls. The complex itself lies right in the middle of West Chester and Exton, and give you close access to malls, grocery stores, movies, and a number of other errand stops. The apartments are spacious, and have recently been remodeled. The majority of the occupants are friendly and kind. I am sad to be leaving such a great place. Having rented in the West Chester area for the past 10 years, I know that you become hard pressed to find a NICE living space for a reasonable price. My personal opinion, and I'd bet, the opinion of many occupants of this great community, is that you can't find a better place to call home.
