We found this apartment on the internet and used the ratings of this website to make our decision. We were unable to come look at places before we moved here from Kentucky. It turned out to be a blessing. It is probably the best deal you can find in this area for an apartment that allows big dogs. The staff is great, too, and they made us feel that our dog was not only welcome, but loved. They are friendly, courteous, and make it a point to get to know their residents. The two drawbacks are some neighbors who fail to pick up their dogs' poop and lack of children for your children to play with, if you have any. If you don't have kids, this is a great place to live. If you do have kids, it is alright, but there is a dearth of children under school age here. The staff loves kids, though, and there is a nice playground on site. It is not far from a great park for children, the East Goshen Township Park (10 mins drive) and the Exton SEPTA Regional Rail and Amtrak (Keystone line) station (4 mins drive).
