Some of the complaints here are valid, but overall this is a very nice place to live.

Condition: the apartments are in GREAT shape, painted and cleaned well between tenants.
Maintenance: only had one problem (water heater failed) which was fixed VERY promptly. Also, maintenance does NOT just come into your apartment randomly to do inspections or anything like that. If you've lived other places, you KNOW this happens a lot. Not here.
Grounds: Good shape, and they don't cut the lawn at 8am like some places. People don't clean up after their dogs, but that's everywhere.
Staff: Diane, Carla, and Naomi are GREAT. They are friendly as anything and will work with you on anything.
Cost: OK, I think it's a LITTLE pricy for an apt, but it IS nice.
Parking: Isn't too bad. If you get home late, you may have to park a bit away from your apt, but usually found a spot near my building.
People: All over the place. There seem to be a lot of students and sometimes they tear through the parking lot, have parties, or just have too many people in an apt. They are changing their policy to only allow 2 students to share, which should help a lot. But the people are generally friendly and it is VERY safe there. In 14 months of living there, never once had a problem or heard of a serious problem.
Overall: Yeah, the walls are a little thin and our downstairs neighbors complained about us to mgmnt (instead of, say, talking to us. Go figure!), but it's clean, safe, and the staff is nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
