The only reason I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex is the noise. I live in a 1st floor unit and I can hear every step the people above me take. I don't mean if the people above me drop something heavy or stomp loudly, I mean EVERY step they take. It is quite annoying. I've lived in several apartments in the past and I've never had this problem before. The building's sound-proof material must be very poor quality. Everything else about the complex I can recommend, but I can't give a good review with this one major annoyance. I suppose if you want to move in to this complex, I highly recommend getting a 2nd floor unit.

This review is 100% true. No exaggeration. You can literally tell where the people above you are moving around at all times. You can hear every step they take. This actually caused us to move out because the people above us start having sex and it was like we were standing in the room with them. screaming and bed bouncing and all.
