I've lived here for two years now and am very pleased. I used this website during my apartment search and I'm glad I did.
To give you an idea of just how responsive maintenance is: I had a water heater go bad (start leaking). The same day I reported it, they bought a brand new one, connected it and cleaned up whatever mess was made -- all the time ensuring my 2 cats did not escape the apartment.
The front-office ladies know everyone by name and are very nice.
Totally recommend this place.
