The floorplans are spacious. It is kept up well and maintanence responds quickly. We rarely heard neighbors. We wish we could still live there but we had to move for work. Now we compare all apartments to it and are always disapointed.
We did have a couple problems with some water during heavy rainfall. It seemed to be a poor construction issue though. They try to keep UTI students out. Which is good and bad. Depending on who you are.
