The manager is very friendly, but things take a long time to get done. Maintanence staff leave something to be desired.

The windows are practically falling out of their frames. They are no match for wind and rain, and insects easily gain access to the apartments. After several attemps to contact maintaince to do something, I gave up. The three most common pests to prepare yourself for are spiders, centipedes and yellow-brown stink bugs.

Building B is full of degenerates in their early 20's who drink, smoke pot and fight in the parking lot. Apartments facing the pool are not advisable for night-shift workers during the summer months.

But there are worse apartment complexes for higher prices. You just can't win.
