I had a really nice apartment, spacious, clean and no bugs. However, there was a huge fire because of the section 8 scumbags sleeping with cigarettes. Luckily, the fire doors worked and my side of the building was spared and no one was hurt.

Leasing agent Henny was really nice though. Easy location to reach. Noise on 22 was hard to get used to.
