This complex use to be a friendly place to live, but once the new owners took over, it was all down hill. The office staff is rude and unfriendly. If you have any problems, they tell you they will work with you but then turn around and work against you. They have no compassion for people with disabilities. There was a tenant their that fell behind on their rent and had a small child. They evicted this person and her child and only gave her 10 days to get out. The place is falling apart and now is being over run with mice. So if you plan on even thinking of rentig from them BEWARE.

Yes, I also live at Lehigh Valley Apartments for the past two years. This is the worst place we have ever lived. We caught several mice here and they said they are "aggressively" taking care of this problem, which they are not. Parking isn't too good. Also the doors are kept locked, which is a horrible inconvienience if you ever need to buy groceries or bring children in. These people do not care about anyone. When our ceiling in the bathroom leaks, it is not considered an emergency. We still have water bubbles that are moldy in the bathroom that have been there for over a year. I can't wait to get out of this hellhole.

I totally agree. It used to be nice until Kriegman and Smith acquired it. They spend their money on Penn Crest LUXURY apts., and even take the maintenance people from Lehigh Valley to send to Penn Crest because they pay more rent and they get what they want. They closed the pool when they got the building and offered some residents from the old company a deal to use the pool at Penn Crest.... for a month and a half, for $435.00! For that u can go to the Y or LA Fitness for a year or two! The mouse problem was disgusting! (there's something you need your guests seeing, walking into the building and mice all over the place! Of course pets aren't allowed and since the surrounding apts. allow at least cats, guess where the mice go? The 'new' exterminators are also terrible! Out of all those doors you can only get into 3 as they put cememt into the locks of the others! when there was a power outage, u couldn't get into the building because the new locks are electric. They said the 'generator' would kick in, but guess what, that didn't work either! Place has gone to hell in a handbasket. Hopefully the rumors the company is dumping it to get a new 'luxury apt building, that maybe the people will get a better caring company.
