I have lived here on 2 occassions and the 1st time, we loved livng here.
Now we moved in again and it would seem that there have been numerous problems. We had multiple leaks in our roof and it took a couple of months to get this resolved. We did get a free months rent, but it took forever to get this fixed.
We also had a mouse problem, where we caught 3 mice and our cats caught 1. It took them a while to get this corrected. We also received a free months rent for this problem.
Snow removal is a joke. Or lack there of. You would think that the maintenance guys would take care of this. But, they didn't. The tenants would take care of their cars and some times the sidewalk. Every now and then they would hire someone to plow the parking lot. No one in maintenance took care of the sidewalks, which is mandatory according to the city. It was only after making a comment that they would have problems if someone in my family fell on the snow and ice as a result of their negligence did they decide to put salt buckets in the doors of each building.
Parking...there are maintenance guys who live in our building and while I know they work for the complex their cars do not move for weeks at a time. One of them has 4 cars and they do not move them from the spots in front of the building. But, there are several families that live in the complex and sometimes they have 3 or more cars which takes up space. Most of the time, people seemed to have a problem parking their cars in between the lines. Most of the time it was the cars that belonged to the maintenance people who parked like this or even illegally. And no one says anything that I am aware of.
I am venting because this is my frustration and the reason we are looking to move out asap.
