Does not meet minimum health requirements for living

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
After the birth of a new child, the increasing discomfort that we??ve had with the rodents that frequent the hallway and travel between the walls has reached it??s peak and we felt that health and welfare of the children is now a high priority issue that we must address immediately. This apartment is simply not conducive to the sanitary environment that it takes to raise children at no fault of the current tenants. Other problems that we??ve had including a washing machine that continually leaks, a hallway ceiling that was never correctly repaired, damaged tiles due to leaking from the overhead apartment, slow to answer maintenance requests and the lack of returned phone calls have contributed to our sudden move. Mickley Run management staff was not helpful at all in dealing with this and seemed to think that it was our problem and not one of the complex. I urge anyone looking to rent here to seriously consider whether rodent (not just mice on the first floor...) feces, spiders, crickets ect are something that you and your family can/want to live with.
