I lived there for two years. Management was terrible, especially after the fire that occurred in an uinoccupied unit they were fixing. Mice were a constant problem. Maintenence did nothing preventitive, and did a poor job at repairs. I had a bedroom window that was so drafty it froze on the inside in December. They told me they'd fix it when it got warmer so I should live through the winter with that draft.
