We really love this apartment. We are on the first floor and enjoy having our gas grill out in the summer. We have been here for a year already and can tell you from experience that the apartment is well kept and the maintence men come about 5 minutes after calling them. It is well constructed and for the price it's well worth it. Every unit comes with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. We never have a problem with parking or having our cars parked. It is a wonderful place to live.

How can your experience be so different from someone who wrote in November 2006? I would hope your experience would be the norm but it doesn't sound like it from the other reviews.
