we just resigned our 3rd lease and totally regret it! we have had continual problems with a leaking roof (and from what we hear from our neighbors, this is NOT uncommon here). management and maintenance have done a terrible job in trying to resolve this problem and is extremely SLOW. half the time we have to remind them we are still waiting for them to finish the repairs (an obvious sign that their wet tenants, who pay rent on time EVERY month, are not a priority). it has leaked not once, not twice BUT FOUR TIMES over the course of 2 years! and i'm not talking about a little drip drip... water was pouring in our bedroom. they are obviously not willing to invest any money in this situation and it's a shame because we really enjoy the place. KEEP LOOKING is my only advice.
