Orchard Drive is a great place to live, with very few flaws. Apartments are beyond spacious when compared to all others in area. We live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the third floor. Parking is never an issue, with the exception of one break-in, for a stereo. Maintenance is very quick to respond to broken items. Staff very friendly. Apartments are incredibly quiet at all hours of the day. I strongly recommend moving here.
