I have been here more than 4 years and drive a 2 hr drive each way to work because I can't find a better deal than this place. I don't have any real complaints but I wish they never would have cut down the trees! Oh well . Maintenance personnel are very friendly and helpful, the next day work in most cases. Rates are fair but it does let in some riffraff, but all you need to do is call Rita and she'll take care of it in a snap. It is safe and usually quiet too.
