I just recently moved into these apartments...On June 1st 2007. The apartment is extremely spacious. there are always parking spots and not a mile away. I never hear the neighbors. The lawn is cut and the appearance is nice they are currently putting up siding which will make the apartments even more beautiful. There's lighting outside so you can see..theres nothing to fall over at night. So far i haven't had a problem but maintenance guys seem really nice. I looked at a bunch of other apartments this apartment had the most room for least amout. I was in shock it was a major steal! Also, the apartments have a washer and dryer in your own apartment. No more carrying the laundry to the car than to the laundry mat and than back to the car and back up the stairs to put it away. Rent is 650 a month and the square footage i believe is 1036 what a great deal! I would go for it!
