Mainteance SUCKS. Siding has been hanging half-way off for years. Nothing has been upgraded for years. Windows leak air like crazy. Air leaks through where the Air Conditioner comes into the Apartment. Sidewalks don't get Shoveled right away; only a narrow path when shoveld; only half of the Sidewalks are Shoveled. The sidewalks in front of the cars is NOT shoveled. Someone fell on the Ice a few days ago because they did't plow approbiately. Forget about it if you are Handi-Capped /in anyway. Not maintained enough for a person with a walker or wheelchair to get from the car to the apartment without help; as there are a few steps & they refuse to put in Ramps for the Handi-Capped people in that section. Older People o a fixed income are afraid to complain because they can't afford for their rents to go up. It may be cheaper than other aprtment complexes in the area, but now you know why.
