First off let me say that yes, these are one of the cheaper apartments in the area so I guess you get what you pay for, but everything about the apartments is antiquated. The kitchen and bathrooms are a horrible harvest gold color, and are older than I am. Our kitchen cabinet actually fell OFF the wall. It was not studded in the wall, just nailed. Their solution' Just rebuild it and nail it back up, we didnt even get a new cabinet!

The grounds are not maintained. Forget it when it snows. They do not take care of the sidewalks. I am 26 and I have fallen a few times because they do nothing about ice or snow. I feel horrible for the older residents here. When they do finally plow or shovel they do a half-ass job of it.

I should also mention that there has been a lot of "questionable" people moving in here. They stand out in the parking lots at all hours talking and cars are coming and going, I think we can figure out what they are doing.

I am thankfully moving out soon. I suggest to keep looking, unless it's all you can afford.
