Maybe it's just that the place we lived before this was pretty wretched- but my husband and I have been VERY happy living here. Upon move-in, our apartment had new carpet, a new kitchen floor, new appliances, and fresh paint. I love our balcony, and we're next door to a park with a playground, willow trees, and a beautiful little creek. Location is great- just off a major street with tons of shopping, and a major highway, but tucked away on a quiet little side road. I've heard some say that the leasing staff aren't too friendly, but we've never really had any problems with them- if you're courteous to them, they're nice to you.

Our apartment complex isn't a luxury palace, but considering that our rent is lower than many other places in the area, and we enjoy the features listed above, I think Parkview Gardens is a great value and a great place to live.
