very spacious ... nice closet space, balcony and view. we would have stayed but they raised the rent a lot each year. the result was more people living in one apartment, so it got noisier as well. parking and safety decent. one a/c in livingroom didn't cool whole place, though. spring for the extra cost of one in bedroom. problem with waterbugs (huge things) but they got exterminator. washer and dryer in basement of every other building which was a pain for 3rd floor residents in buildings without. nice workout room.
