Great place, but rent keeps increasing

I've lived at Spring Ridge for two years now and I enjoy it very much. The setting is ideal, the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive, but I'm moving elsewhere because my rent just keeps getting higher and higher. If you are one that doesn't need to worry about money, then by all means, it is a great place to live.
