I've lived here for two years now, and I would definately recommend it.

Good Stuff:
The staff is friendly and the matenience is quick (but I think I've only had to call them 2 times). The pool, tennis, and bball courts are nice to have and are never too crowded. Parking is generally fine, there are usually spots open in the lot. Once in a while if I come home late at night, I will have to park on the street, but no far away at all.

Bad Stuff:
Noise is a problem sometimes. If the neighbors have their music loud or whatever, you can hear them. And the airplanes do get annoying sometimes, especially in the summer if you have the windows open. Rent increased $20 per year I was here.
