Parking is difficult to find especially when returning from work in the evening. Some tenants have 3 or more cars and park them in the litle lot. Management plays down the issue and refuses to implement a parking permit policy(one permit per unit). Lately, cars have been damaged in the lot. Scratches, dings, a flat tire(which caused me to have to buy a whole new set), and a broken windshield are some of the things I have personally seen. There have ben multiple flat tires with screws and nails when the lot is very neat clean and you'd have trouble finding a cigarete butt. It seems a little wierd.
A tenant in my building makes really spicy food and the overwhelming smell fills our side of the building. This is particularly bad in the winter months when opening doors/windows isn't possible. On the brighter side, maintenance is great. they fix things quickly and coveniently for the most part. If you do decide to rent, I would definitely inquire about the parking situation and how they will remedy it. Rent rises significantly each year, as with other complexes in the area.
