Well, I'm new to the Srping Ridge Complex, but so far it has been very nice. I do hear plans now and then, but I knew I was going to before I moved signed the lease. There is a slight issue with pets being walked in the area and droppings being left non walk ways but management seems to be ontop of the situation. As for noise wih the neighbors, I don't hear a thing. Once in awhile I'll hear a door slam loudly or a cabinet door in the kitchen close, but other than that, I haven't heard a thing.

All in all, it is a nice complex. Maintenance is excellent. I had a problem with the heat the first day and they came within minutes of my call, and fixed the problem right away. Parking isn't an issue right now, but as I said I'm new and we'll see what the warmer months bring. The ladies in the office were very nice to me and followed-up on my move in process.
