reasonable price and rules ... washer and dryer in apartment, dishwasher, central air, etc. management and maintenance friendly ... once they even helped lift the soda machine to rescue my escaped cat! the soda machine ruled. elevator. looks like a dorm with the colorful painted block walls on first floor. parking was a struggle at times, even though there's 2 lots. right near the lehigh valley mall, but some wildlife on grounds. security system but some hoodlums constantly breaking lock on hallway back door.
