I really don't think that you should just let one person tell you about this place. I live here now and I like this place. There are some kids that do bad things and I think that has to do with the parents... I think that Maintenace is really doing a great job!!! I had something break and he was here right after I called. Leaks in the roof( that can happen to a home owner too) So that makes it a bad places. Gaff on the wall( where I don't see it) but that is just me.
