I've lived here for 4 years. The bug problem for me is bordering on annoying. I had never heard of stink bugs either until I moved here. Spiders are around occasionally and some sort of 1000 leggers. I forget their name. I've heard and witnessed roaches being a problem in some of the apartments. The airconditioning flow is horrible here. I have a townhouse which is two floors and the a/c is downstairs so it stays cool downstairs but upstairs is about 100 degrees in the summer. The circulation does not reach the upstairs AT ALL. If you go to the bathroom you will come out sweating bullets or if you do anything upstairs so when they say its an airconditioned place they're lying!! It works for the downstairs and thats it. The parking for the most part sucks. Depending on which apt. you have. The maintenance team takes forever and seem like they just learned their trade. The walls and construction are real bad and the paint seems to chip and if you nail a picture in the wall it will make the paint chip on the other side. The two ladies ( sue molitor) is one of them, in the office usually have an attitude. The good things about the place is that its very cheap and almost everything is included. Its pretty quiet and peaceful for such a busy area. All of the major stores and highways are very close. My advice is if your looking for a place thats very nice and to live in for a while and have a little bit of money then DONT move here. If you just want to get out on your own and dont have the cash then this place is fine. I still live here because its what I can afford.
