cost why in this unstable times with people losing their jobs or down sizing are you raising the rent again. why cant you be one of the leaders like some other companys and either keep the cost the same or cut the cost? Why cant you consider the people that have lived there for 2 years or more

SUCKS This complex completely sucks, we moved here this past Spring when we first saw the actual apartment we fell in love. However what a mistake, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management never responds or resloves an issues & Maintenance are a few older crapy handmen

There are lots of rowdy residents who are scary and give you looks.
