I have been living in cedar village in wilkes-barre, pa for two years. let me tell you...the manager, diane, is a b***h! she never EVER has time to handle any problems and when you ask for help with something she rolls her eyes and gives you attitude. she is continuously mean to my family and I. not to mention the fact that they screwed up my acct more than once and accused me of not paying my rent when i had in fact paid. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
