Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
I disagree with the poor review. I lived there in 1997-1999 and found the staff to be very friendly. Snow removal was immediate. If the heater broke or we were locked out, they came at any hour to fix it. Construction was so-so, but better than most. Worth the price' Maybe. Very expensive, but you won't find these ammenities in any other complex in WB.
