Beautiful Low Income Apts

I loved living in Marion Terrace. The landscapes are beautifully kept, the apartments are clean and well maintained. Management is strict but I believe that is the reason it's so well maintained. Rarely is there any crime. The complex is up out of the way in a nice area with minimal traffic. Occasionally there a re tenants that there are problems with but rest assured that they will not be there long. This is probably the best low income housing complex in the Wilkes-Barre area.
