the manager is really rude, she dont care about the residents she wants no one to have visiters she will sit outside peoples apts. and drive around and as soon as someone walks out the door and she dont know you,your introuble no where on the lease says you can not have visiters and it also says you can not have someone sleeping at your house for more then 2 weeks but you gat in trouble after one night. if a resident is having problems with another resident she dont care she will get up in your face screaming at you, she wont listen and she dont care about the one who is threatening you or busting into your house i guess it depends on who you are. i work and have kids and i can't wait to get out of the terrace both my neighbors are crazyand fight with there boyfriends all the time usually after 12 am
