I lived at 32 Shady Drive West in Mt. Lebanon, PA. The apartment I had was really nice. I rarely needed the help of the maintenance staff, and when I did they resolved the problem the first time. The residents in my building were also friendly, which made for a pleasant living experience. The only complaints I have are about the parking situation. The driveway was only wide enough for a bicycle to get through, which resulted in my car being scraped several times. Also, if you had an overnight guest, you had to call the "oh so friendly" Mt. Lebanon Parking people. One night another tenant had an overnight guest, taking my parking spot, which forced me to park my car on the street overnight. I ended up getting a $15 ticket. Because of this, I called the property manager. They told me to write a note on that car, rather than the office manager taking the initiative to rectify the situation with the tenant. Also, be sure to be present during your final walk-through inspection. Overall I would say that my experience was a positive one and would reccommend them to a prospective leasee.
