	I've been here for 4 years and never had a problem with anything. Nice view or the mountains and very quiet. Never had a problem with parking. Staff is great and very nice.

	The outstanding view of the valley below is reason enough to live at Grampian Hills Apts. The grounds are very well maintained, plenty of extras on hand for fitness and fun. Overall, its safe, quiet community.
