The only memorable things about college life besides the usual stuff was living at 1134 west fourth street: First I must say that the landlord has an extreme number of other properties to deal with and is therefore not easy to get a hold of or to get to stop by for any issues. The third floor of the building was changed over from an attic setting, which required heat that was in turn faulty and was not fixed until about end of december, requiring the use of lease-forbidden, dangerous, and electrically expensive space heaters... just to sleep...but that eventually ... This place is falling apart. Garbage removal is sporadic at best. It's been about 3 weeks, and garbage is piling up. Repairs are rarely done on things that are broken - if ever - we're still waiting on some things ... Full Review

This guy sucks, you pay out so much for a small apartment with rooms that are about 5 by 10. When something is broke it takes days maybe weeks to fix it. No matter what your place looks like when ... Full Review
