I was most impressed w/the condition of the apt. on move in -- new carpet, new kitchen floor and appliances, new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, new blinds. Bathroom floor was gross however and windows aren't great.

Staff is nice and usually responsive although occasionally I have had to leave multiple requests to get stuff done.

Relatively safe area, with easy access to tpk. and shopping, but not the greatest in terms of cultural stimulation.

Gas heat is paid for and has individual controls in the apt. Air conditioning resident pays, but it seems fairly efficient and doesn't seem to add that much to my electric bill.

Decent enough laundry facilities, although the one bedroom bldgs. only have 1 washer and 1 dryer. Would be nice to have 2 of each to get laundry done faster.

Insulation between apts. is decent, although now that "the stompers" have moved in upstairs, I do hear noise through the ceiling.
